Your staff could take the time to fit the glasses to a persons crooked face. I have been here 3 times and in my last appointment
Also one of the ladies in front was downright rude, when I asked prices for glasses not under my insurance plan. "I told you where the ones covered by your insurance are" and I was quickly embarrassed and grabbed a frame that is not what I would choose also gets stuck in my hair when I use reading glasses and I am upset about that. Otherwise the past visits were great.

I really had a great experience at the one on east capital I had to bring my sons for eye exam and Breanna that works at this location was really helpful and respectful and she took her time with me and my family ill recommend every one to this location if you want great costumer service

The cashier or receptionist is beyond rude and shouldn't have a job working with the public. The Dr. is fine but the support staff is pathetic and badly needs to be taught people skills ( if Helen Keller can be taught maybe someone can teach this staff), also the glasses that you pay for here can be found online at a tenth of the cost, all you need is your prescription. I get that they need people with low intelligence to work for the low wages this company pays (which is still a massive overpayment even for these underskilled "workers").
