Not cheap. Not super fast. But excellent work, pride in their work, and more products than you know you need. I found a leather cleaner there that will let me get another year's wear out of some favorite suede shoes.
I've had many repairs done including reattaching a heal, new lifts and new soles. Tommy does incredible craftsmanship and worth every penny. He is a little out of the way for me, but worth the trip to extend the life of your favorite shoes. Cash only.
