I've been getting a fresh cut from Paul at Tight Again ever since I moved to Milwaukee it is my go-to spot for a quick in and out cut. Tight Again comes with all of the typical black barber shop accouterments: the random hustle man, strolling bootleg dvd salesman, random neighborhood services solicited, etc. Paul is the man when it comes to a quick cut and getting in and out even when there are a few people ahead of you. I recommend going between 10a-1pm on Thursday or Friday as there is typically no one there.
