Joey is an incredible trainer and I can't imagine going to anyone else! Joey is so good at tailoring my workouts to how my muscles are behaving and if I'm having any issues that day. When I started I couldn't do a lot of the machines because my hips were so tight and would spasm. Joey found other ways to build up my strength so now I can workout on the machines that used to make my hip spasm immediately! I've seen big progress in my lifting abilities, no more back pain, and ability to walk farther and do more without losing my breath. In a post-covid world, this is the safest workout experience a person can ask for... one-on-one training with nobody else in the gym working out. Also, in 30 minutes of super-slow strength training, you can accomplish 60-90 minutes worth of "traditional" weight training. The machines are like nothing you've ever worked out on before, & the personal trainers are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Strength Evolution.

Top notch facility. Whether you’re dealing w/any of life’s physical issues, Strength Evolution can work with you as slowly as needed to get your strength back. On the other hand, if you’re in tip top shape but want to be challenged, let them show you their concept.
