Whitney was very knowledgeable in her modalities and gave sound (pun intended) suggestions on what we could do to keep stress free.

Whitney is beyond professional and knowledgeable in all of her services. She was my Doula and I’m so thankful for her and everything she did for my baby girl and I. I wouldn’t have made it through pregnancy without her. She connected me with multiple community services and events, ran errands for me, sent me text messages about self care and affirmations. She’s a blessing to work with!

I scheduled a wellness coaching session with Whitney. Whitney was wonderful! I felt comfortable immediately and she went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. The session had a little of everything to ensure overall balance including essential oils, meditation, sound bath, and a workbook for growth. She also recommended crystals, documentaries and other resources to help me further my journey. I enjoyed it so much I scheduled a 30 minute sound bath for next week. I can’t wait to continue this journey of self discovery with her! Would highly recommend to anyone.
