Had an engagement ring made here by Sam. It was a very unusual custom Toi Et Moi ring. He carefully made it and, when my Fiancé had some issues with it, he took it back and re-did it to iron out the issues. The final product is fantastic. Very pleasant people at Rohr and very happy with the outcome. We will certainly be back for the wedding band. I highly suggest going here for your jewlery needs than any other place. I visited to have someone take a look at a couple of jewelry repairs that I needed taken care of. Sam was super great at explaining what would need to be done to my jewelry for the repairs. A specific example of this is a pearl that was my Grandmother's. It was gifted to her in the 1950s by my grandfather. The bail on the pearl had been worn away from years of wearing the necklace. Sam explained the process of replacing the bail. The other item I went to have worked on is a ring that has a couple of prongs that kept catching. I needed a ring engraved quick and with quality, after searching Google for a bit, I decided upon Rohr’s. Upon entering I was greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly and helpful. He quoted me on the service, had me write what I wanted engraved in the ring, and I was on my way. I was expecting it to take maybe 2-3 days tops, but to my surprise the owner called me within an hour and a half and said my ring was ready for pickup. It was incredible work, especially considering the complex design of my ring. Great quality for an unbeatable price, I will definitely be doing business with this place again.
