My car decided to stop working completely on my way into work. I was DISTRAUGHT. I knew I was tight on money and I knew that it was gonna make a dent in my bank account. I wasnt happy, day off to a bad start. The guy who answered the phone (i dont remember his name unfortunately) was so nice. Calm with me. I was sitting there ready to cry and he was so nice. On top of that, the guy who came with the tow was so nice aswell. Turned my horrendous start to my day into a decent day. I hope I never have to get my car towed anywhere again, but if I do, I know who im calling.
Shout out to Jamie for promptly answering a phone call on July 4th of all days and helping me with answers on a complicated tow issue. Absolute sweetheart with great customer service. If I ever need to get towed again I hope Ray's is the company to pick it up!
Had an outstanding experience with a driver named Tim this weekend. He helped us tow a family heirloom that was not an easy task. He was incredibly kind, well spoken and truly skilled in his trade. We were referred by Munro’s and feel thankful for the great recommendation!
