Very disappointed with an unexpected upcharge of $58 for two full-size (not “Q/K” or queen/king as indicated on the receipt) sheets, two pillowcases and a t-shirt in addition to the $76 we paid in advance for the mattress pad and comforter we brought in (my wife was unaware what else was in the bag with the topper but said there was other bedding in the bag). Be very careful to mention absolutely everything lest you find yourself at the mercy of whatever they wish to charge. They will not call you to get approval of the additional “work”; they will just charge you more than the actual cost of the items at retail. Poor customer service. I took a coat I was planning on taking on a trip to this dry cleaners. I had never used this kind of service before so I didn’t know the wait time was longer than a day and I’m leaving for my trip tomorrow morning. He told me pick up was Saturday and I told him I wouldn’t be able to pick up Saturday because I’d be out of town, he immediately dismissed me and walked away telling me his establishment wasn’t a McDonald’s. I would have happily brought my coat back for service when getting back to town (cause it still needs to be done regardless) but seeing how he handled that small interaction I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is a total ripoff. Took my wife's dress and my suit in the be washed and pressed. They literally did nothing but press the suit. My shirt was a mess around the collar and wife's dress had a small stain and barely ironed. So I picked everything up the day of the wedding and had to go and buy a new shirt and steamer for my wife's dress. When we called and complained the guy said they did their best. So why is it that my wife washed the stains out of my collar by hand with regular detergent. So they basically charged us 59 bucks just to put a plastic bag over our clothesServices: Ironing
