Property Prep came to the rescue the same day to remove graffiti from the side of one of my commercial properties. Their staff was in professionally marked vans and came with the equipment needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was more than fair given the conditions. They communicated with tenants and my property manager and solved the problem, all while keeping me up to date. I did not realize that in addition to facility maintenance, they also offered commercial cleaning services. I would give them a chance at cleaning my business going forward and will report back. 5-Stars!!!

Curt and the entire Property Prep LLC team are one of a kind! I happen to find them on a random Google search and it couldn't have been a better find.

Their customer service is top notch. Not only are they responsive, but their start to finish process of all work is everything you could ask for and more.

They are very receptive to any and all feedback and are willing to work with you on exactly what you need.

Mike Vertal and his team worked their magic on our condo and it turned out beautiful! He and Brian communicated well, and were very professional. Everything was done on time and at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend this company for all your needs.
