They also offer commercial handyman services, including weekly visits to accomplish a list, pre or post inspection lists for real estate transitions with a right to cure, and larger projects where they provide improvements and repairs. The company came to the rescue the same day to remove graffiti from a commercial property, with their staff arriving in professionally marked vans and equipped to complete the job in a timely manner. The customers found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and the pricing to be more than fair given the conditions. They communicated with tenants and the property manager, solving the problem while keeping the customer updated. Customers have praised Property Prep's exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and willingness to work with them on their specific needs. Property Prep came to the rescue the same day to remove graffiti from the side of one of my commercial properties. Their staff was in professionally marked vans and came with the equipment needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was more than fair given the conditions. They communicated with tenants and my property manager and solved the problem, all while keeping me up to date. I did not realize that in addition to facility maintenance, they also offered commercial cleaning services. I would give them a chance at cleaning my business going forward and will report back. 5-Stars!!!
