Amazing service and quick repair. They were very helpful the several times I called in checking in on my laptop. A bit more expensive, but totally worth it! My laptop is like brand new!
I would definitely recommend this place!!! There are only 2 actual Apple store locations in the city of Milwaukee and I know would’ve took me forever in there. I’m so glad I found this place. Sydney was amazing!!! My front facing camera stopped working. They tried to install a new camera and it still wasn’t working. So I ended up getting a whole new replacement device. She helped me from start to finish with transferring everything and making sure my replacements service was active before I left. If you don’t want to spend the night at the Apple Store then head to this tech shop!
I so much prefer this Premier Tech Shop over heading to Apple at the Mall! They are in my community, they are quick and straightforward about what is fixable and what is not. Great customer service and some awesome art to look at while you are there!
