I want to give a shout out to Ms. Pennie for coming through. I was traveling back home so I was looking for a hairstylist that was opened on a Monday. She was kind, sweet, polite and definitely professional and that conversation was everything. Thank you again Ms. Pennie I got so many complements
Today was my first time going to Pennie's. I went there to get my hair colored and received much more. The atmosphere was wonderful and the customer service was awesome. Pennie explained the process and gave great tips on how to maintain healthy hair. I would recommend this salon to any one who is looking for great service.
Mrs Pennie is professional, courteous, and timely. Both times I booked with Mrs. Pennies website. I arrived early but was still accommodated at my arrival time. My service was completed as requested and she even gave me tips and suggestions for upkeep and management. This is my new salon home for me and my son. Black owned family business.
