Well, this was my first experience with bedbugs that we found out somebody transferred to our house and I will be the first to say I am traumatized by this, but the staff at Orkin are beyond amazing. From the first time they sent somebody out to assess everything named Dexter, to the guys who are coming out doing the sprain, especially a man named Dave, who was so efficient. Unfortunately, for us these little buggers, no pun intended, don’t want to leave our home and so then the branch manager named Rob Lee came out to our home And I can’t say enough about this man.
