I have had the best experiences with Alana. Forgive me if the spelling is incorrect. She is great at picking out frames that look good on me. She is confident and clearly amazing at what she does. She has helped me problem solve some issues I have had with my lenses that no one else thought of. They were unable to help me but when I presented my issue to Alana she found a solution. I left there today extremely happy and satisfied. Please give Alana a raise and don’t let her quit at Optix on Downer.

I usually never leave reviews, but I have had nothing but a great experience every time I go to Optix. Not only have they worked out my tricky prescription, they have given me options that other eye doctors never did. I also had a serious eye issue last summer that was causing me extreme pain. They were more than patient with the issue and they really cared about the progress of my eyes. Additionally, I had ordered a pair of frames from a company that got my lenses completely wrong. I had brought them to Optix to see if they could help me out. I've been going here for years and will continue to. Dr. McGinley is great and the staff is always so helpful. My visits are always fast, efficient and I always leave satisfied.
