Dr.Mike and Steve. I just want both of you to know what a pleasure it was to have Carly, Sue and especially Bela who helped me solve a problem with my insurance. Bela stayed on the phone for about 30 minutes and finally got to the problem. I was totally impressed with the way she handled the situation. Please pass on a thank you from me for their help. I will ask them when I come in to pick up my glasses if this was passed on. Thank you.

Yady and Carly helped at this practice and the services and doctors were the best! They showed me options for my new glasses with opinions on what works with my face structure and gave me the BEST prices with my insurance and sales going on. Definitely recommend coming here for any optical help!!

I scheduled an appt at this location after being told that I had to wait 2 months because of my insurance at the other location in west allis.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was informed immediately that my contact lens exam would not be covered by my insurance and whether I would still want one. I was also informed of this a second time, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and respectful considering some people may not want to pay out of pocket.

There was about a 10 minute wait due to paperwork and them being slightly busy. The optometrist Dr Waclawski was super nice and explained things when asked.
