Excellent customer service! The manager of the Hampton location Christy, resolved an issue I had and offered me a discount for my inconvenience. It's rare to get good customer service these days, so this was refreshing. I will definitely be a loyal customer!

We have been satisfied customers of 1hr on Hampton since 1991. Recently the on-site Mgr. went above and beyond to resolve an issue involving a laundered shirt. We love 1 hr on Hampton.
