I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore. I did for a while, swore by them. They’re fast and do a good job, fair pricing. May be a good place for walk-ins but their customer service is inconsistent and a lot of the times they just have a bad attitude and are rude. I went here for almost a year but I won’t be going back. It’s clear that they don’t care about keeping loyal clients. I was always nice to them, on time, tipped 20% minimum, but they have been unfriendly more times than not. I once had an appointment, and was waiting almost two hours with little to no communication until I asked them how much longer it would be. They didn’t do anything that day, but the next time I came in (Christmas Eve) he gave me a coupon and a little bottle of lotion so I figured I’d give them another shot. Another time I called to see if they had availability and he said they did but I should get there asap. Called under an hour later to check again before heading over there and she acted like I booked an appointment and no showed which I didn’t and rudely said they didn’t have time for me and abruptly hung up the phone.
Really overpriced and prices are never consistent or listed anywhere. I’ve been going there for a least a 6 months every 2 weeks and I would get the same thing and yet I would get a different price every time. This last time I spent $90 for a FILL. No crazy design, not super long, just gel. That was my last time going there.
