First off 5 stars is not enough for this establishment. It’s been everything short of amazing. Everyone is polite, friendly, and helpful! Dr. Mueller and Ms. Terrisa are a power team at getting the job done! The best service I’ve ever received from any dental office. I’m sad I just found them and moving already. I recommend anyone who needs dental work done to come here.

The lab techs were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful as I have rolling collapsing veins. The lady stuck me probed and told the guy he had to do it. Slammed the door on her way out. He asked me to get off of the phone ok. Then tied the thing so tied I couldn't breathe. Feels around for 2 seconds and goes for my hand. I asked if he could do it somewhere else as it takes my hand an extremely long time to heal. Look lady let me do my job. I just don't want to be hurt for weeks after. You can leave. She was rude now you ok. I left no lab work. Got in the lobby area to see my arm was running blood from where she stuck(stabbed me with that needle) me at. Cancelled next...read full review

I called the day before and was told by a receptions that they accept walk-ins at 7:30am. So I arrive at 7:10am and waited for the doors to be opened. They had us line up in the order we arrived so that’s how we checked in and were supposed to be called back. I was 4th in line out of 9-11 people. I understand they still have to take customers who were scheduled, I didn’t have an issue with that. What I did have an issue with was the fact that I was the last person out of the walk-ins to be seen.
