Got a huff and puff then hung up on trying to help with my photos I ordered this is the 3erd year in a row I have had issues with this company only using it do to it’s the company my kids school uses to get photos

When my wife saw the prices she literally choked on her coffee. It’s crazy expensive and in order to get what you want (digital + class photo) the cost was $125. That is insane.
As a photographer myself the pictures were honestly really terrible.
I can’t recommend to steer clear of this company enough.

Theyno longer offer full class photo with purchase so kids don't get the memories. Disappointed that I ordered & paid for pictures by check but was then told when draft pictures came to order online. It was difficult to have staff understand I already paid. It was a mess to straighten out. So now I wait for a refund and have to still order the pictures. Staff taking photo was nice.
