Even if it is a school picture.. why snap the photo when the kids node is runny? Why not take 2 seconds to tell the faculty to clean the kid up? Not okay and I will not be ordering these pictures

If I was able to give Zero stars, I would give Zero! I filled in the debt/credit card portion of the picture form to order my child's pictures and the pictures were never processed but Lifetouch cashed my check. When I called to inquire why the pictures were never received, the representative could not explain anything and was asking me to give her information that she should already have considering the company cashed my check. I ordered pictures in March 2022 and it is now June of 2022. Lifetouch should let customers know ahead of time that pictures should only be ordered online because the office will not process your pictures. All my kids schools used them this year instead of Scholastic and I am HIGHLY disappointed the pictures are NOT quality pictures, they were very dark and they are expensive and you don't get many pictures. The year book they did for Jerstad Agerholm was very disappointing MANY misspelled names(I know I spelled my daughter's name correctly), kids pictured twice or saying a person wasn't pictured but they are. Very low quality year book and they didn't even get the yearbooks until the last day of school. I hope they don't use them next year, if so I won't be purchasing from them at all!
