This branch is very helpful in getting documents prepared to bring ashes overseas. We had to go back and forth a few times but I believe the state will finally accept the most recent version. They continue to be very patient despite >6 months since my grandma has passed. Thank you!!
It was an amazing experience working with Krause funeral. They were so on top of everything. Even during our 1st planning discussion, they were so quick with getting things done like the obituary, the prayer cards, etc. we also told them that my Mama’s favorite flower was Gardenia and they changed the background of the documents to that. We were going to have a closed casket but they her look so beautiful that we opted for open. They also provided posters for the picture boards and beautiful large frames. It was all of the small details that meant a lot. Including providing stamps and thank you cards. I am grateful that we went with them.
