I’ve officially been at HOTWORX for about a month now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most consistent fitness routines I’ve ever stuck with.
The 24/7 access is a huge plus for me. I get off work and just go, and even when classes don’t line up perfectly, I still have plenty of options. Whether it’s an ISO class, a HIIT session, or even just sitting in the sauna, I can always fit something in.
Hot Cycle is my favorite class. I enjoy it more than Hot Blast because higher resistance cycling works better for my body. It’s easier on my joints, helps build strength in my legs and glutes, and still gives me a great calorie... read full review
Alex is actually amazing. I feel so motivated coming in here. The staff makes you feel comfortable and provides lots of support. I was really scared to start here but I am so happy I did! Love it!
I love HOTWORX! The 15-45 minute workouts are perfect for having a fast and productive workout. The staff and other HOTWORX members are so welcoming and kind. I highly recommend, especially the Milwaukee location!
