I am very happy with the help i received for my mother at Horizon. She was well taken care of in her final days. I'm grateful for that her RN named Krista was very helpful and the social worker Josh is a lot of help and continue to help, you can count on him! Again thank-you
This is a GREAT BUSINESS!! They offer in home healthcare services to families that are in need of care for loved ones that have chronic disease and may be nearing end of life. They provide great comfort and support!!
My mother-in-law passed away today I can not say enough about the triage nurses that came yesterday evening and today to help us, answering our questions and providing guidance, David and Becca thank you. The hospice chaplains that came to visit my mother-in-law on Friday and today were amazing, warm, comforting providing the spiritual peace that was so needed during this difficult time. Thank you Horizon for all you did it was appreciated.
