I've been going to golds before they opened the permanent space,I was one of the first 300 to sign up.I became good friends w some of the personal trainers and staff.Alot changed after covid like everything else.Golds needed rejuvenation and to be updated and I'm happy that's what's happening. I love my morning co-lifters(gym family)and excited to see the future of this gym.

I really like golds gym Pretty much has everything I need like free weights and heavy dumbbells Gym is clean. Only thing is like I wish they open up Earlier than five in the morning

Phenomenal place to be when you have leisure. Just an exciting cheerful space to occupy in regard to Health. A healthy atmosphere with Motivated beings who strive for excellence every day. A facility where you can work on not only reshaping your body, but mold your life into a direction most suitable for you. If you're going to be anywhere be somewhere empowering.
