Although it’s not clear if this firm will be assisting a friend in an appeal yet, they returned my call the same day. Amazing assistance and support. Jack took the time to explain things to me and helped me better understand the process of probate and all the many steps it takes to finalize. During one of these steps, I needed a document for the bank and Jack was immediately available to aide me in getting the proper documentation while I was still at the bank.
