I tried for two days to get a hold of some one at Forward Air in Miami for assistance to verify they received a delivery order. I left messages as well as sent emails. I got a computer generated response that they were working on my email and would get back to me. I never heard anything. I finally gave up trying to talk to a live person because no matter what number I pushed, I couldn't get through. Extremely disappointing.
