PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I usually stop in once a week for a gel polish change on my feet and nails. They never do a great job but they’re at least affordable so I’ve never minded. Today when I visited the guy rushed through my hand and nails, kept checking his phone to text, watched shows and barely paid attention to how he did my nails. He didn’t shape them or put oil on at the end. He literally just took the gel polish off and slapped on a new color. He changed my toe nails at his desk and it was extremely uncomfortable. The lady heina put a fake nail on my toe as i told her multiple times i wanted overlay bc fake nails give me bruises.. as you can see the corner of my big toe is black which is a bruise.. i went again recently and they were laughing at my feet . the man jake is also rude and disrespectful. this is tragic bc my family has been going there for years. never will i go back to this place .

First Star Nails location: 8060 N. 76th Street Milwaukee, Wisconsin I had to post to say to the universe something that had me shook!!! I went to get some eyelashes & was met with refusal to do my eyelashes after many years of business with them. I went earlier; couldn’t wait so I left & returned later. This lady I’m speaking of is new, obviously & doesn’t know me nor respect the hard earned money I’ve spent patronizing them. She has certainly tarnished their brand with her unprofessional use my time. The level of disrespect for our culture especially during black history month blows me!
