15 counts of fraud!! He is currently a free man and it is crystal clear that he hasn't learned a thing and feels zero remorse for the complete disregard for others. Not only monetary but also emotionally. Among his victims are personal friends, acquaintances, plus a person with Cancer.How is he free to start up a new consulting company?(Black Diamond Consulting Corp)And what's with this clown reviewing himself and then thanking himself in the comments?We know it's you dude! Donald Kernan is a scam/con artist. He told me to change accounts on a business account that relied on other buyers, and I already had a few of my own buyers under me, but he told me to get rid of that one and pay $300 for a new one so I can be under him on his pyramid, and that he would pay me back. But he never paid me back, and when I tried asking for the money that he said he would pay me back, he pretended like he didn't know what I was talking about, then took off and bailed out and even blocked me, even though we went back a few years when we both worked at Jimmy Johns together. Don't trust the guy.
STAY AWAY. currently being charged with 15 counts of fraud. 12 felonies. He steals personal information, illegally scams banks and lives in his parents basement (Well...he will go back there if he leaves his cozy jail cell) . Cease and Desist in multiple states and a civil lawsuit for just under $200,000.
