Students appreciate the smooth dance floor and cool environment, as well as the supportive and friendly community created by instructors Josh and Amber. They are known for their dedication to their students, providing feedback and encouragement that help dancers build confidence. The academy encourages all to join and start their salsa or bachata journey with an affordable first-month deal. Classes are engaging and focus on learning dance patterns while having fun and rotating partners. While some may find that the emphasis is more on patterns than technique, many enjoy the community atmosphere and the chance to connect with others passionate about dance.

Daync Academy is also known for its inclusive environment, catering to a diverse audience with various ages and movement backgrounds. The Level 1 curriculum is carefully designed to accommodate everyone, with instruction given in both English and Spanish. Warm-ups prepare students for the movements required, and context is provided to understand the history and culture behind the dance styles. Those who take classes often find themselves progressing quickly, with enough basic steps learned in just four weeks to participate in social dancing.

Josh and Amber continually adjust the monthly class offerings based on student needs, incorporating specialty classes focused on body movement and other techniques. They are readily available for questions and extra guidance, ensuring that students receive personalized attention. The academy is committed to building a strong dance community in Milwaukee, partnering with Latin-owned businesses and promoting local events to increase visibility and representation of Latin culture. Daync Academy provides numerous opportunities for social dancing, making Milwaukee a destination for dance enthusiasts. Many students express excitement for the academy's growth and highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning to dance.
