6 year patient of Dr Crego including my family of four. They asked me yesterday to adjust my appt time by 30 minutes to accommodate them, I said yes. I showed up today and they notified me there was an issue with my insurance and I’d have to pay cash for a cleaning and X-rays. I asked to reschedule so I could get the insurance issue figured out. They said i would have to pay a cancellation fee. I asked to waive it since I showed up and I had already accommodated a last minute schedule change on their part. Dr. Crego was rough, did not prioritize my pain (i.e., when drilling for a filling, I asked him to stop and said that I was still in pain. He aggressively put the drill back into my mouth and kept drilling. It took me waving my hands and trying to sit up to get him to stop), and treated me like I didn't have a voice. This was one of the most bizarre interactions I have ever had with a professional. His tone when speaking to me was aggressive & condescending (i.e., he asked me, have you ever heard of a root canal before?). I am embarrassed to admit that I shed a few tears because as a 40-year old woman, I have never been treated like this before & was unsure... read full review

Had to cancel appointment due to COVID symptoms. Gave 24 hour notice but was told I would be charged fee because they need 48 hour notice. Sorry my symptoms didn't give a notice very sad to see health care professionals not understand this. 10 year patron lost.
