Very disappointing and unprofessional.

We worked with Scott since 2024 and waited nearly two years while they kept delaying our project. They asked us to get a new structural engineer report—which we already had done before—so we spent more time and money based on their request.

We were told pricing would stay similar, but the quote increased significantly. Then, after all the delays, they suddenly said they are no longer taking our project.

After making a customer wait for two years, this is unacceptable. Avoid this company if you don’t want wasted time, extra costs, and frustration.

I would highly recommend using this company. We had a tight time frame and more prep work than we thought. But the guys came over and worked diligently to finish everything on time. The finished product is perfect.

I would caution anyone trying to work with CMS. Our experience consisted of Poor communication, long timeline delays, misquoted items that CMS wasn’t willing to honor even though they admitted to their error. Delivered very poor quality floor covering in the end that did NOT match the tested and quoted product. Unwilling to fix things to make us, as a paying customer, happy and satisfied. Not even a final walk through.. Extremely frustrating process that I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. Very unfortunate for a size-able $75k project 👎
