We recently had our bedroom carpets replaced by Carpet Factory Outlet and had a great experience. We were able to quickly pick a carpet, schedule the service for only a few days later and for a very reasonable price that included tear out and haul away of our old carpet. The guys had our 3 bedrooms completed start to finish in a little over 2 hours. Some minor baseboard damage, but nothing some wood filler and paint couldn’t fix. I would recommend them to anyone.
This place is a diamond in the rough. I walked in the door on a Saturday and the salesperson helped us right away. Very professional. Answered my many questions on getting new carpet for a staircase. Surprised they would take a small job since other stores scoffed at such a small job. Was offered suggestions on what type would stand up to such a high traffic area. The carpet was installed on Wednesday. I was impressed with the installer. In and done in 1 2/2 hours. I would recommend this place to all my peeps!

Needed carpeting for basement remodel.
Went in on a Sunday an hour before closing and met Ted. He was very helpful and patient, not pushy at all.
Gave him our wall colors and budget and he provided us with several great options. He gave us great feedback on quality and pricing of carpets based on our needs. After selecting carpet we scheduled measurement and install. The 2 gentleman that did the install completed the 600 sq feet project in approx 3 hours as they said they would.
Overall the process went smooth and quick. 5 stars!
