In my opinion, Bronze Optical is one of the shops setting the standard for optical service in Milwaukee. Tim, Justine, and Dr. Fan are consummate professionals in their fields. They went out of their way to order a discontinued frame for me last year (Ornette from L.A. Eyeworks); they're honestly the best eyeglasses I've ever owned and they garner compliments wherever I go. The team here does a terrific job with adjustments and exams, and their frame selection is terrific (especially for someone with a wide face like me). Highly recommended!

Tim took one look at my girlfriend's face and recommended the perfect style of frame; she instantly loved the look. In addition, he was flexible with a sale they were advertising at the time as we were between insurance plans at the time. Between their expertise and kindness, you'll be well taken care of here.

I came in yesterday seeking help adjusting a pair of glasses that has been giving me headaches for months. Tim was so meticulous and helpful, even letting me come back again later in the day for additional tweaks. The result is something I've never experienced in my 25 years of wearing glasses: my glasses stay on my face, don't squeeze or hurt, AND don't get eyelash smears on the lenses. At best in the past, I've only ever managed to achieve two out of these three! Truly, life changing. I'd trust this store with any/all optometrist/optician needs implicitly after this.
