Funeral director Joe complained about all the black people in the neighborhood. At a later meeting, funeral director Al offered me a chair that literally fell apart as I sat down, almost sending me to the floor, then tried to laugh it off.
Avoid like the plague.

John and his team have been simply wonderful every step of the way since losing my Mother. There’s a reason the Milwaukee Medical Examiners Office directed me to them. I’m from Detroit and my mother’s lived in Milwaukee for the past twenty-plus years. It’s so difficult to lose anyone, let alone trying to have remains taken care of and brought home across state lines when you can’t physically be there. I’ve been provided such clear guidance and help when I needed it the most! Really appreciate all they’ve done!
