David came on a Saturday looked at the concerned areas quoted me I also mentioned my furnace needing to be tuned up he said they will be able to take care of that because previous owners were enrolled in program. Soonest they were able to come was Tuesday because part will be here David came Tuesday with his coworker Scott they took care and fixed the gas leak not only did they fixed it but he noticed an error in a wiring while tuning the furnace and fixed that issue as well . December 26th the day after xmas.. roughly 5:00pm we noticed wet carpet in our basement come to find out our floor drain backed up and was clogged somewhere.. having extremely low hopes of getting swift help with it being the day after xmas, a friday and later in the evening.. we called Blau anyways and to our absolute amazement they told us they'd be over within the hour! This company was an absolute SAVIOR! Two gentleman showed up within about 45 minutes, assessed the issue, and went to work right away at 6:15 on a Friday night knowing it could possibly take 1.5 - 2 hours to get the job done.. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was identified quickly and once we settled on price work started right away. I will definitely call on them again for my plumbing needs.
