We were very pleased with the service we received from Arch Solar. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy, and the installation people were very professional. The administrative staff were also helpful and responsive. A great all-around experience.

Im truly gratful for arch solar. The previous company I had for my solar panels went bankrupt and didnt inform me and I was in process of putting a new roof on. Arch solar took over and optimized my panels to work fully as well as financially work with with me. I just wish they accepted other forms of payments beyond a check. Otherwise great people great service and my panels are working better than before.

After a hectic beginning with our quest to go solar, Arch Solar saved us. In June 2021, we purchased our panels from(SF) and after they were placed on our roof, the quest began. The first installer went bully up before completion, the second installer (EPS) failed inspection twice, and then Arch Solar came to the rescue.
Arch Solar came into a mess left by the other two installers, but quickly got to work. They had to redo most of the previous work, get the right permits, and much more. Within a few months, they had our panels ready to go. If they didn’t walk into a headache from the last two companies, I imagine they would have had our panels ready... read full review
