Anna saved me when I needed my dress to be fixed in 2 weeks time and no one else wanted to take up the job. I was very happy with the results! Now she is my go to for all the tailoring our family needs.
I procrastinated getting my suit jacket altered and Anna did it in two days. I say that to say come to this nice understanding woman who does a great job, not to say you should wait until the last minute like me. But if you have come here she will bail you out.
I just took two pairs of pants to Anna's Tailoring as both needed to be hemmed. It's kind of a unique spot to find as it's down a back hallway in the Knickerbocker hotel. When I entered the seamstress was going back and forth with someone who was unhappy with her work. This was a strange situation to walk into. I sat and waited my turn. She was quick with me but I'm not sure if I just caught her on an off day. Both pairs of pants were really very affordable for her to hem, however, she said she was very busy so the turn around time took 12 days. This is worth considering if you need something even simple done it does take some time. She must be full of business though, and that's great! I got the pants back today and she did an excellent job. This was something I could have done myself, but to save time I had her do it and it was a fair price.
