“Both Dr A and Dr Ben take such great care of our zoo! We will not go anywhere else. They make time when it’s needed and are patient and caring on all aspects. We have two cats, one of which is not a fan and is a huge challenge. We have 3 dogs, a pug, a super anxious Aussie mix, and a Great Dane. I took our Dane in as a young puppy maybe 10 weeks ish and said something seemed off. She wouldn’t walk well. While Danes are clumsy Dr Ben offered numerous plans. We chose X-rays and found her hip was injured or had a genetic issue. He consulted with different vets and ended speaking with someone at Purdue given the complexity of Daisy’s hip. He didn’t give up on her. It’s a miracle no o e can explain but she is doing great and we saved her leg. The Dr’s care, follow up and are compassionate which help so much. “We have had great service for years for many dogs. They are caring and compassionate. We have had several different veterinarians and all have treated my pets as their own. With all the craziness the pandemic brought they always made my pets comfortable going in and they looked delighted coming out. Several times they have opted to wait on expensive procedures to see if what we tried worked first. We talk through options and decide on the best and most cost effective treatment. We are very happy with their service and their professionalism.“

“Everyone is beyond nice, I am a first time cat mom and they have helped and educated me on how to care for my cat. She was recently spayed and microchipped, she recovered quickly. They kept me updated throughout the day and I was so thankful for that because I was very nervous. From the very first appointment they have taken very good care of my cat. “Dr Mike is fantastic. He actually came up with a long-term plan to treat my dog's chronic allergy issues whereas previous vet office used ineffective short-term treatments.

Other vets at JVC East are usually not quite as good as Dr Mike, but still decent enough. Giving 5 stars because veterinary care is becoming difficult to find.“

“More expensive than I am used to ($90 base exam fee), however they provide excellent services. They're usually able to get you an appointment fairly quickly and are very accommodating and loving towards my kitties. Plus they call and follow-up after to make sure everything is still going ok after the appointment.“
