The hospital is known for its clean and welcoming environment. Clients have expressed satisfaction with the services provided by the veterinarians, particularly Dr. Reed, who has been praised for his great care. The hospital also offers boarding services, which is a convenient option for pet owners. While some clients have noted a change in the staff's demeanor since the passing of a previous veterinarian, the majority of the reviews highlight the hospital's commitment to providing high-quality healthcare for animals.
All of the staff at this clinic are so kind and compassionate about the care they give. Dr. Reed and Dr. Sheetz went above and beyond by squeezing my cat in for an emergency check and surgery. They went above and beyond what I would normally expect. Not having to drive to Madison when stressed about the wellbeing of my cat was so appreciated.
dr. kreier was so helpful during our time there. we came all the way from milwaukee to get a second opinion on our fur baby and he was very patient and gentle with him. he was also very educational and we greatly appreciated it. he doesnt push to do anything we're not comfortable with. he gives us the info we need to know and gives us space to decide. the staff is very welcoming as well.
Love this place! They helped us out a couple times when we weren't even regular patients, so we switched to them even though it's a drive to get there. Dr. Kreier went on to save our dog's life after a bad case of pancreatitis. Forever grateful!!!
