I had my first appointment with Hailey Heinzen A few weeks ago and I cannot even express how incredibly impressed I was with her after heading the worst experience of my life with a different provider in Janesville. Hailey was on time, thorough, efficient, very very kind, listened to understand. This is the first provider I've had in years where I actually felt heard and understood and That the provider actually gave a crap. I saw her in person and then I had a video visit with her as a brif follow-up On some testing. I feel that she gives a crap and is interested in getting to the bottom of my issues and concerns. Today was my first experience at this clinic, and it was well worth five stars! Areas are well-labeled and easy to navigate. The waiting area is clean, quiet, and has plenty of seating to keep space from others if you’re experiencing illness symptoms. The receptionists are lovely and approachable. And the providers are SO non-judgmental and easy to open up to. No intimidation or awkwardness here! It’s very relieving to have a pleasant primary care location to go to for my medical needs.
