Walked in today at 8am for urgent care. My nurse Reise was very friendly. She spent a few minutes with me asking questions and getting vitals. Dr. Laput came in for less than three minutes, looked at my issue on my finger from well over 3ft away and told me I needed antibiotics. He told me if that didn’t work I was to come back in to urgent care in 10 days. About as good of care as my PCP here.
I had a good experience going to the East locations urgent care they got me back quickly & the nurse Riese & Dr. Mohiuddin were very kind, I had to take a few labs & after was a bit of a wait Megan the receptionist was kind to answer all my questions while waiting. After finally getting back they accurately identified the problem & prescribed me the medication that helped relieve the issue.
TLDR: Everyone was very kind, only complaint is waiting between the labs.
Ive had great visits with my kids here for strep throat and ear infections. Some visits were definitely better then others. A positive is i feel like we've always been seen quickly and efficiently. Worst experience was when they attempted an IV unsuccessfully twice on my 4 year old but I was thankful they agreed after 2 they were done. They are just not equipped or experienced enough in the pediatric population starting IVs and she was obviously not about to sit still and make it easy on them.
