I had a good experience going to the East locations urgent care they got me back quickly & the nurse Riese & Dr. Mohiuddin were very kind, I had to take a few labs & after was a bit of a wait Megan the receptionist was kind to answer all my questions while waiting. After finally getting back they accurately identified the problem & prescribed me the medication that helped relieve the issue.

TLDR: Everyone was very kind, only complaint is waiting between the labs.

Ive had great visits with my kids here for strep throat and ear infections. Some visits were definitely better then others. A positive is i feel like we've always been seen quickly and efficiently. Worst experience was when they attempted an IV unsuccessfully twice on my 4 year old but I was thankful they agreed after 2 they were done. They are just not equipped or experienced enough in the pediatric population starting IVs and she was obviously not about to sit still and make it easy on them. Some staff is not super friendly but noone has ever been flat out rude or unkind. I couldn't of had a better visit to urgent care if I tried. Enrique was my nurse, and he is spectacular. He has a great attitude and was very kind to me. We need more Enrique's in the world! My doctor came in fast, and explained things very well to me and the pharmacy was so quick, and the young lady who cashed me out was so sweet. If you are ever unfortunate enough to need urgent care, come to Mercy East. You will be treated so kind and professionally. 10/10 would p
