The staff are especially helpful and kind during difficult end-of-life transitions, making the process more respectful and bearable. Visitors often feel safe and cared for, and the staff's personable attitude helps owners feel at ease. The clinic provides excellent wellness visits, illness care, and compassionate end-of-life support, making it the only place many clients trust for their pets.
Dr. Ball was so kind and compassionate when helping with a sheep who needed to be put down. The clinic staff was very helpful and prompt when I called asking for help. It makes losing a pet a little less hard when caring people are there to help you

I had an emergency with my guinea pig and they did squeeze me in. I called 10 different animal hospitals and they didn't care. It takes 35 minutes to get to this hospital from where I live. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They helped my guinea pig right away and to talk about the price?! So much affordable then the place I usually go to.

If anyone ever needs to establish themselves with a veterinarian I highly recommend Dr. Johnson or anyone else at Janesville Animal Medical Center. The way they have gone above and beyond for my family and I since we stepped foot in their office has been unbelievable. From their comfort and compassion when we found out we had to put our Monty down to the love and understanding that I want what’s best for us and my Monty’s memory to knowing I’m a single mama with not a lot of money. Arrangements have been made and our sweet boy’s remains will be coming home in a few weeks. They’ve done so much and I cannot let it go unnoticed. ♥️
