Eric came out to look at my chimney cap that was leaking into the stack. Upon review he explained everything about the solution proposed. The turn around time was less than the original two and half weeks he proposed which was great.
While Bollerud was working on the replacement they found an area that needed attention around the chimney and addressed it right away.

Bollerud Masonry is wonderful. They are knowledgeable , professional, and explain things very well. They did a marvelous repair job on my foundation and egress windows. If you want the job done right hire them. They returned after the job to make sure the dirt had settled correctly.
