    After having back surgery I was fortunate to have Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy in my own apartment. This was instrumental in my recovery, each person had something to share to help me improve and heal.

    After working with Melissa and Tammy they have made my total hip replacement recovery a success. They both know i’m a sports fan so they knocked this one out of the park. I would recommend them to anyone that needs in home therapy!

    Had total knee replacement on April 1, 2026 and received superb in home PT from UW Home Care Direct PT staff for about 6 wks until discharge to out patient PT in mid May. Very caring and knowledgeable PT staff and easy to reach UW Home Care Direct staff if had any scheduling questions.

    I am giving 2 stars only because the respiratory therapists I spoke with when I was just starting CPAP therapy were very helpful.
    But I can't imagine how the CPAP supplies reordering could be any worse. I have ordered 3 times and every time it was a painful and infuriating experience.
    The AI phone order bot is horrible. The first time it was going to place an order for parts for the wrong mask, and I was reduced to shouting NO NO THAT'S WRONG at a bot.
    When I placed an order with a person, the order never got processed. I called after 2 weeks to find out why I hadn't received anything and was told that it needed a signature. It sat for 2 weeks with nothing happening.
    Recently I have been inundated with texts and emails telling me to reorder online. I tried to do that today and got an error message saying my order could not be placed, call this number. Of course when I called the number it was the super annoying bot. Supposedly the order has now been placed, but I'm not counting on it.
    I am going to have to find a different place to get these supplies that my insurance will cover.
    If you use a CPAP, avoid this place.
