I fell on my butt in September and by October I was having so much pain walking I didn't know what to do. My PCP couldn't find a break, recommended physical therapy but I couldn't get an appt. I saw a chiropractic for several sessions with some relief. I began seeing Sarah weekly for acupuncture a month ago. After the first session I felt relief and 4 sessions of acupuncture later I feel awesome! She is attentive and really helped me find relief.
I am so happy I stumbled upon this place! Lisa is passionate about her work and very knowledgeable in the field of massage. She listened to me and made sure to address all my areas of concern. She has a very nice room and her massage techniques were exactly what my muscles needed. I felt less tension and I was much more relaxed after a session with her. The hot stones were a nice touch. I would recommend her to anyone!
Walked in cold never knowing this place and was very surprised! Great massage and great knowledge shared on how to improve my wellness to reduce body pain and increase my sleep. Way more than just a massage! I'll be back for sure!
