I had an amazing experience at Ideal Image Madison. I was greeted immediately with a smile and felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff was extremely professional and friendly and offered wonderful insight and encouragement. I couldn't possibly be more pleased with my results and would highly recommend Ideal Image to all!

The employees at Ideal Image on the west side of Madison, WI are all absolutely lovely and very helpful. I definitely recommend laser hair removal for anyone with unwanted hair or problems with razor burn!! My shower routine is far easier now :)

Update:I spoke with the new clinic manager today about my experience, and she offered a solution that will hopefully work to get me to the desired hair growth results. It sounds like they've made changes since I last interacted with the company in May 2023 (lower copays for maintenance treatments, more willingness to extend contracts when results haven't been seen, hopefully fewer scheduling issues, etc.).I'm cautiously optimistic that those beginning laser hair removal treatments now will have a better experience than I originally did, and I'm updating to 4 stars to reflect that.
