I wanted a new dentist and checked with my other medical providers for suggestions. Hartstone sounded ideal. A quick conversation with the absolutely delightful office staff confirmed my insurance coverage. Completed some online forms, had my old records transferred, and managed to get in to see Dr. Jon faster than I had anticipated. When I arrived I was greeted by the above mentioned staff, taken to an exam room by Mackenna who double checked my history and took X-rays, then I met Dr. Jon. Wonderful experience! I had a fear of the dental office and when I moved to Wisconsin I needed to find a dental office. I looked and searched and found this place. Absolute delight and they're the goat.
Incredibly nice, and customer oriented. Answers all your questions and you truly feel like they're putting patients first.
Even though I've moved so I'm no longer walking distance, I still drive over to Hartstone.

Dr. Joel and the staff are the very best. I've had many,many years of nearly every dental procedure and prothesis with many dentists in the U.S. and abroad. Hartstone is the best across the board. Dr. Joel is humble, kind, chill, fair and honest. No push for the unnecessary. In fact, he'll try to steer you away from it if it's not in your best interests. He also works with a great lab. Amazing work made to order. The staff are always very welcoming and pleasant--that means a lot. Thank you, staff!! This is a place I would just go by to say hello, I like them all so much.
