I had a great experience with Costco optical today. Samantha was super helpful and efficient. Everything went much smoother than any other time I have bought glasses. Good choice of frames and great prices.
I felt I was in great hands. From the staff in the front office to Dr. Lynch who was extremely efficient. I forgot to give him my current prescription as a starting point and he nailed it!Thank you!
To make a long story short, I was having a bad experience after I ordered two pair of glasses from Costco . On the evening of 2/7/18 I went to the Middleton store to finally pick up my last pair of glasses. The woman at the counter (Julie) listened to the issues with empathy and discussed the store's operations in a professional manner. Then with the help of the store manager (I wish I had got her name)they came up with solution that exceeded my expectations.Any business can make mistakes. It's how they and their employees handle the problems that separates great stores from the run of the mill. Thank you Julie and Costco, you turned me into a satisfied customer.
