The call center rep promptly communicated with Reed the arborist for this area who made time to come over in between other appts. to assess problem. He then called Nolan the sprayer for this area & he too made time to come & spray same day. Outstanding service! Thanks to call center rep., Reed & Nolan!

We've had an excellent experience working with Wachtel. They treat several of our trees to prevent disease, as well as trim and remove storm damage, grind stumps and plant new healthy trees. Their communication is great and they are very prompt with their work. Arborist RJ is knowledgeable, responsive and we trust his opinions.

Wow! What a great crew (Jacob E. Jake M. Matt A. ) and a great job! We were as impressed with them as much as they were of our 100+ year old Oak tree. Made it safe for us and healthier for the tree. Clean up looked like they were never here.
