About Merrill Veterinary Clinic
Merrill Veterinary Clinic is a great clinic known for its amazing and wonderful care. The staff and team are super friendly, nice, and very caring. They are always accommodating and treat pets as if they were their own. The doctor is thorough and ensures clients never feel rushed. The clinic provides absolutely amazing service with endless dedication to pets, including senior animals with health conditions. The price is very fair and low cost compared to other vets in the area, which along with the quality of service makes clients willing to travel from the next town over. A common point is that there can be a wait time. The clinic is highly recommended and considered by far a favorite, providing service that does not do justice to how much it is appreciated.
I've been taking my pets to the Merrill veterinarian for a long time. Care has always been wonderful and I'm truly happy with care. My only complaint would be the girls at reception.
They could certainly take a class on customer service.
They always make me feel like I'm nothing more than an inconvenience, whether I'm bringing my pet in for an appointment or picking up medication.
I usually don’t write reviews but this time I figured I would, I absolutely love this clinic. My husband & I did try other places but I didn’t ever feel like our cats were a priority or I felt as if we would get brushed off until I found this place. They always get us in when we need them, they are very kind & you can tell they care a lot. I am a worrier when it comes to our babies but the Merrill Veterinary Clinic always puts me at ease. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a vet🙂.
They're alright the staff is wonderful but they aren't much help in an emergency. Decent pricing but we have also gotten absurd bills too. Have a lukewarm opinion of this clinic.
