Excellent! Took time to cover my options and how we can make Nylas issues better!! They followed up to ask how she was doing.....never has a vet done that. She went to the same vet for 6 yrs and never a follow-up.

Very impressed with Dr. Caitlin. She was kind, caring and explained options thoroughly. Very pleasant. We loved that she actually got down on the floor with Pearl and gave her treats and distracted her as much as possible from the injections. Nicely done! Love her personality. Very pleased with everyone we came in contact with.

Dr. Caitlin was fantastic. It was an emotional visit as we received bad news and she sat on the floor with my dog and I and explained our options. She was very honest and great at explaining. All of the staff was fantastic and very welcoming and supportive.
