Great friend and honest people to work with. My furnace went out and I called them at 8pm. The service tech (Tyler) came out to try and get it up and running again. Which he couldn’t because the mother board was shot. He ran me through my options for my almost 30 year old furnace and was straight forward and honest with me. Instead of fixing it. I bought a new one. I called them the next morning and talked with Mitch a comfort specialist and seeing it’s February in Wisconsin. Their dedication to education is inspiring, with Kurt as an excellent educator and experienced technicians like Nick, Brian, and Kevin. A true example of excellence in the trade!

After having the addition to our home completed, we were chomping at the bit to get our new wood stove installed! Our salesman Bill was awesome to work with and the installers Brian, Nick and Justin did amazing work! Their attention to detail is like no other. We had a brand-new metal roof put on our home and they did not want to screw into it since it was brand new, so they came up with a different plan to ensure the stack was secured to our home. My husband is very big on detail and clean work, and they left him speechless (which is hard to do...lol) with how amazing it turned out!
